Not only we care about our customers and are well established brand already selling to Europe, Australia, and the USA but we care about every stage of our selling process.

That’s why we cooperate with the global package delivery leader UPS and DPD which means we can reach every True Rider in the world in just 2-5 days!

So no matter to which country you are ordering don’t worry about the delivery:

• You will get your goodies quickly (2-5 working days)

• You can track at any moment, where your package is located and at what stage of the journey it is, by the tracking number that you will receive by e-mail.

• After the parcel's arrive to your country, you will receive the courier number, which will get your order to the indicated address!

Europe Delivery

We offer a DPD service at a cost of 12€. Our Europe road service takes approximately 2-4 days from point of despatch to arrive with you.

UK Delivery

Don’t worry about Brexit! We already send a lot of parcels to your destinations and because of working closely to DPD and dealing with all the custom issues your parcel should arrive to you safe and sound. However please note that the delivery may take time up to 7 working days. We offer a DPD service at a cost of 18€ straight to your doors!

As all our products are made in Poland due to Brexit rules there shouldn’t be any additional fees applied and we did not record any case of this. However please be aware that orders with delivery to the UK might subject Tax and Duty charges. Especially orders over £135 might be charged import VAT.

International Delivery

We offer a DPD or UPS Express International service at a cost of 20€-40€ depending on your country. Please note the final price is based upon the final weight of ordered products. Actually the more you order the less you pay ;) All the costs will be shown in the customer’s basket.

For Orders to the USA, it is possible to pick Standard delivery for 20€ which usually takes up to 2-3 weeks. We use our International Polish Post services which cooperate with your national delivery company.
